Welcome to Ol' Doc Patch
This is your new website. Like it?
In this section (on this page), we're going to have a welcome message, sort of a letter-from-the-editor kind of thing. It will be in a database on the site, so you can change it at will.
In fact, many things on this site will be database-driven. I'll supply you with a suite of control pages to allow you to update the content for each page whenever you want. There will be one main control page for content on this page, the about page, and probably a couple of others, but separate control pages for your articles and writing tips, since that information will be catalogued differently.
Don't worry, I'll make sure you understand how to do everything. Or Cheryl can help.
